Vessel, apparatus and pipework fabrication
TS Umweltanlagenbau GmbH is a plastics processing company. We manufacture apparatus, vessels, containers and pipework mainly from thermoplastics – as a single item, as an assembly or as part of a complete plant.
Types of construction
- Flat-bottom tanks (usually based on a wound plastic pipe) for trickle-bed reactors, activated carbon filters and scrubbers
- Containers for technical rooms and exhaust air treatment
- Surface filters
- Heat exchangers
- Pipework, also for above-ground installation
- Custom constructions to customer specification
Materials
- Containers, vessels and gas pipes in polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE)
- Heat exchangers: tube side PE, shell side PP
- Wall systems for surface filters made of PE panels and a PE inner liner with galvanised posts and stainless steel edging
- Pipework for corrosive liquids in PVC or PE
- Water pipes as well as supports, brackets and cable trays in steel or stainless steel
Vessels in use
Our flat-bottom tanks and custom designs serve as exhaust air treatment containers, as liquid storage tanks and as process vessels (chemosorption, adsorption, humidification, etc.).
Applications include:

- Paper industry
- Biogas plants
